About the Pink Project
One River's Adult students worked towards creating paintings in support of October’s Breast Cancer Awareness month. They took themes of strength and courage to drive their subject matters to evoke feelings through this project. Using emotion as a source, these artists used symbolism and imagery within their paintings while studying the technicalities of color theory and composition.

Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus (MMCSC), we provide a comfortable and supportive setting where all outpatient breast health care services are offered in one convenient location—from routine mammography screenings to high risk assessments, along with early detection and treatment of breast cancer or benign breast disease.
The Lennar Foundation Wall of Hope in the waiting room of the Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center at MMCSC serves as a celebration of life, a remembrance of loved ones, a reminder to take action and to never give up hope."
