Intro to Digital Painting

In this workshop, students will create a digital painting through an in depth investigation of digital fine artistry through the use of brush textures, blending modes and filter techniques. Students will take their first steps in the digital space to create a body of work comparable to an investigative studio practice.

Instructors will provide a guided tutorial on how to use essential tools in Adobe Photoshop including the brush, eraser, gradient, line, selection, and paint bucket.

Adults ages 18+ of all levels are welcome to join this workshop, including beginners looking to learn the basics of Adobe Photoshop.
