Your membership auto-renews monthly. Your auto-renew date will be every month on the anniversary of your start date. Membership(s) must be paid in full at the time of registration; students not paid in full at the time of the first class will not be admitted into the class. Pro-rating is not available.
One River requires 30-day advance notice of cancellation and must have cancellation documented via online or physical form. You can request this form from a staff member at the front desk either via phone or in-person. Your 30-day notice begins the day you fill out and submit the cancellation form. If you need to cancel mid-billing cycle, we will prorate your next month’s bill 25% for each class not within the 30-day notice.
Students who wish to withdraw before starting class need to do so 14-days prior to start date either in-person or via phone to receive full credit; and, after 14-days, but prior to start date, students will receive a 50% credit. No credit will be issued after the start date. A full credit will be issued if One River cancels a class before it starts. A partial credit will be issued if One River cancels a class that already started and the credit will be prorated for each class session that did not occur from the total number of classes that were supposed to occur. Gift certificates and merchandise are non-refundable.
You may place your membership on hold for up to a maximum period of 3 months and we must have your hold documented via online or physical form. You can request this form from a staff member at the front desk either via phone or in-person. Membership cannot be cancelled when it is on hold and auto-renew billing will start on your selected re-start date that was indicated on your hold form.
If you are going to be absent, you can schedule a makeup class as described below. If you stop attending completely, this does not constitute cancellation of your membership and you will be billed according to your auto-renew date. To cancel, you must adhere to the cancellation procedure specified above.
Students are encouraged to attend their weekly class consistently. Students may attend 1 makeup class every 60 days. Students attending semester-based classes will not be offered a makeup class, unless the class missed was due to One River not executing the class that day. Classes cancelled due to inclement weather or holidays will not be made up, however, a student can attend a comparable class they missed due to inclement weather or holidays.
