Summer Camp Guide

COMPLETE STEPS BELOW PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST CAMP

Summer camps at One River School take teens and kids on an unforgettable and unique artistic journey!

To prepare for the special experience ahead please review the information below prior to attending your first camp session.

STEP #1: REVIEW CAMP INFO

GENERAL INFO

- We are open Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm & Friday 9am - 4pm

- Morning Camps meet 9:30am - 12pm

- Afternoon Camps meet 12:30pm - 3pm

- Late Afternoon Camps meet 3:30pm - 6pm

- Masks are optional for students at One River School

DROP OFF + PICK UP

- Drop Off & Pick Up Within 15 minutes of the camp start / end time

- Let us know in the Camper Form if your teen has permission to leave unattended

- If you will be late or absent from camp call or text us

WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP

- All art materials and software are included!

- Students may bring a smock, oversized t-shirt or dress accordingly to protect their clothing.

- Online campers will be sent a list of required materials, software & hardware prior to the start of their camp.

- Some specialty camps require that students bring their own hardware: Please bring your own camera if you are enrolled Intro to Photography, Storytelling for Photography or Video Production. Bring your own iPad and Apple Pencil if you are enrolled in Procreate for iPad.

SNACK & LUNCH BREAK

- Students must bring their own food and beverage to camp each day.

- Half day campers should pack a light snack and a water bottle.

- Full day campers should pack a snack, water bottle & lunch.

- We are a nut free facility! Please don't send your child with nuts / nut related foods.

- If your teen has permission to leave the facility for lunch please indicate using the Camper Form.

FRIDAY STUDENT EXHIBITIONS

Each Friday afternoon, we invite our student’s family and friends to join us at One River School for an in-person exhibition of the student’s work!

- Morning Camps - Every Friday at 11:45am

- Afternoon Camp - Every Friday at 2:45pm

- Late Afternoon Camp – Every Friday at 5:45pm

- All artwork will be sent home with students each Friday at the end of the final camp session.

- Exhibitions will also be streamed via Facebook Live. Follow us here to watch.

STEP #3: SIGN SCHOOL POLICIES

Please review our Camp Policies and sign the School Membership Agreement.

Please note that there is one Membership Agreement for all our programs. Customers enrolled only in camps should reference the Camp Policies section only. You will be prompted to login to your account to sign your Membership Agreement.
